Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on every purchase of the Structured Self quarterly system.

If the planner isn’t for you, email hello@thestructuredself.comwithin 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation. We’ll process the refund within 24 hours.

You don’t need to explain why. Different systems work for different people, and we’d rather you find the one that fits than hold a charge that didn’t.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal, depending on how you paid. The bank-side settlement usually takes 3-7 business days.

What’s not refundable after 7 days

After the 7-day window, refunds are at our discretion. If something’s genuinely wrong with the product (corrupt file, missing pages, billing error), we’ll fix it regardless of timing. Email us.
